Hello sylvia_intel, I just discovered this thread because I've got the same issue and want to possibly help finding a solution for this problem on systems like mine.

So here are my system information:

• Graphics, Audio Driver:  15.33.18.64.3496
• Operating system: Windows 7 64bit
• Memory model number: don't know
• SSD: none
• Audio video receiver (AVR): LG LED TV
• Cable you are using: 1.3 HDMI
• Adapter you are using if any: none
