Dhcp is enabled by default on this image iirc. So just boot the image and wait to see it request an IP from whatever your dhcp server is. Ssh should work on boot and you can just connect from there.
Sorry if this is a bit vague. I'm traveling and do not have my Galileo handy to verify the above.
