Can intel widi 4.2 on win7 cast on miracast sink in hdcp session?

Hi,

    I got Intel widi 4.2.21 software installed on Win7 64bits system on laptap Lenovo T420,  It can successfully  connect HDCP disabled miracast sink,  but when I enable the miracast hdcp support,  widi failed in connection.

   after I debug it, I found,  miracast sink open and listen on a TCP port, reported to widi in message "wfd_content_protection: HDCP2.1 port=9001", but widi didn't connect to this port for HDCP key exchanging.

   the miracast sink works with all the popular devices with HDCP sesstion,   Nexus 5,  samsang S4,  LG G2,  Microsoft  Win8.1 Laptop intel solution of Dell,  

   I also dumped the message widi on win7 to  sink  Netgear PTV3000, the session is not hdcp protected.

   1.  Does WIDI spec of HDCP comply with Miracast HDCP spec ?

   2.  if WIDI HDCP comply with miracast HDCP,   the software on WIN7 support it ?
