Re: Netgear PTV300 and Dell Win 8.1 connection Problems

Never did get an answer from Kevin <sigh>.  On the Dell support website I did find  driver update that may have slightly improved my issue.  In doing so, it uncovered another problem.

 

Tonight I was watching a streaming TV show on the HBO web site.  After about 10 minutes WiDi just stopped..disconnected.  Could not reconnect and didn't bother to try to fix.  I wanted to see the rest of the movie.  I ended up just unplugging the HDMI cable from the Netgear WiDI device and plugging directly into my laptop.

 

I'm about ready to just return the Netgear device to Dell and throw in the towel.

 

Very frustrated and support from Intel sucks.
